Psychotherapy Services: Provided by a licensed psychologist (India) for mental health support, guidance, and therapy. Psychotherapy sessions are confidential and tailored to client needs.
Mental Health Coaching Services: Collaborative, goal-oriented sessions for personal growth and skill-building. Coaching is NOT psychotherapy, counseling, or medical treatment and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent mental health conditions.
1.2 Consent to Services
Psychotherapy: Requires active client participation and understanding of potential benefits and risks.
Coaching: Requires active participation and completion of agreed tasks and exercises.
1.3 Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is confidential, except where disclosure is required by Canadian law (e.g., risk of harm to self/others, child protection concerns, court orders).
1.4 Teletherapy / Telecoaching
Sessions may be conducted online via secure platforms.
Clients understand and accept inherent risks of virtual sessions (technical issues, privacy limitations, interruptions).
1.5 Cancellation & Rescheduling
Either party may terminate services at any time.
Fees for completed sessions are non-refundable.

Ishvara Wellness Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes from participation in therapy or coaching services.

Either party may terminate services at any time.
